Getting users signed up is always an important question when considering maintaining a list. TXT Signal makes it easy for your contacts can sign themselves up with a feature that is already built into TXT Signal.
Custom Contact Groups
A TXT Signal account holder can customize up to 5 primary contact groups and can be customized by you. Contact groups are groups that, generally, would be separated: customers & employees; students & faculty, etc.
Custom Teams
Within each contact group, you can also add teams (or categories) that help you manage your contacts. If you have 3 different types of employees (or students or staff designations), you can create 3 different teams.
Send Now or Send Later
You can send out a broadcast text message immediately or you can schedule a message to be sent at a later time, or later date and time. This is especially useful for sending reminders to your contacts or even daily messages.

Custom Outgoing Short Code

A Note about Reply Capability
TXT Signal does not have a Reply feature. We want you to know this up front and we want you to know why. Replying is typically necessary with interactive text messaging campaigns. TXT Signal was designed to serve as a broadcast (that is, one-way) messaging system that can serve many types of organizations.
By including a reply capability, we would be introducing substantial costs; costs that we would have to pass on to our users in the form of a price increase. We want TXT Signal to be affordable to all, so, for the time being, we have not included the reply feature. If we find an elegant solution that does not drive the cost/price up, we will implement it right away.
