Charge Per Message, or Group Message?

We charge for the number of group messages that you send. Simply put, a group message is a message that goes to MORE THAN 1 person. If you send 1 message to 10 contacts = 1 group message. If you send 1 message to 100 contacts = 1 group message. And, individual messages do not count against your plans allotted group messages.

What is API Connect?

API Connect allows our client to embed the contact collection functions into their information systems (typically a web page) and transmit the information to their TXT Signal account "behind the scenes". API Connect is typically used by our clients that have dedicated IT resources (i.e., a programmer).
