What is a Group Message?
We charge for the number of group messages that you send. Simply put, a group message is a message that goes to MORE THAN 1 person.
- If you send 1 message to 10 contacts = 1 group message
- If you send 1 message to 100 contacts = 1 group message
Do you require annual contracts?
No. txtsignal is a pay-as-you-go group text messaging system so you simply pay month-to-month. We do not offer long term contracts, so there are no long term commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. You can also export all of your data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet at any time.
Do you have an API to integrate txtsignal into our system?
Yes, we do have an API. The API includes most of the major functions (adding, edit contacts, generating message requests, etc). The API is only available to Premium level plans. The API is really an "as-is".
